She believes God orchestrated everything, and whether or not you share her perspective, the timing and connection were special.
Her story is so profound that she will tell you about it in the book she is writing. It is the story of a woman who died medically but chose to return here to complete her full life journey.
Today, I’m honored to share Michele’s heartfelt review. I don’t often share a client review here, but her words about her journey selling her Flagstaff home deserve to be heard.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Eileen is off the charts amazing! I had lived in my home in Flagstaff for more than 20 years and wasn’t sure where to start with the whole sale process. I prayed for the right people to help me with the entire process. I am so beyond grateful the person sent to help me through this process was Eileen!
I called Eileen (she really did answer her phone). She and Thor came out right away to view the home to determine the best competitive listing price. She brought with her an entire packet of research and information pertaining to my specific home, the neighborhood, homes around me, homes like mine, homes for sale, homes that recently sold.
She immediately planned an open house, she created a gorgeous brochure, she had professional photos taken, she did a video of the neighborhood to reflect the desired location of the home.
She and Thor returned with an amazing videographer who recorded a movie-production quality video of the home. This marketing video flooded social media. Her marketing skills are next level!
Over the course of the sale she & Thor held multiple open houses. I felt very confident throughout the entire process that my home was receiving full exposure to interested buyers the entire time.
Eileen is incredibly knowledgeable of the real estate market … this woman has found her gift! I had no concerns throughout this entire process; she literally took care of everything! She really went above and beyond on every level. She even cared for my dog during busy schedules at the house!
She negotiated the best price when the house went under contract. I felt like she was really in my corner during every phase of the inspection period. She was determined to make the sale happen for me with her “whatever it takes” attitude!
During escrow she refereed a top notch realtor for the purchase of my next home. Which then she facilitated a double closing on the same day for my new home. She showed up on moving day and made sure the buyers walk-through was done timely and efficiently to ensure all I needed to do was focus on moving forward into my new home.
She communicated with lenders, buyers agents, escrow officers all to ensure the double closing would proceed without a hitch. And it certainly did!
As I was driving to my new home, Eileen kept me updated on the funding, the close of escrow and finally the recording of the sale. By the time I reached my new home she had everything complete. The house sale came to a close during transit to my new home.
Tears of gratitude flowed. I can honestly say that Eileen comes “highly recommended” as my prayer was most definitely answered!
